This policy explains what information Khean & Clean LLC ("we," "us") collects when you visit kheanandclean.com, request a quote, book a cleaning, or contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the details and photos you send about the job, and anything you tell us by phone, text or email. If you pay by card online, your card details are handled by our payment processor.
Basic website data: our hosting provider may log technical details such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and our site may use your browser's storage to remember a quote form you haven't finished.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your quote request, schedule and perform your cleaning, send quotes, invoices and receipts, keep records of the work we did, and respond to your questions. If you opt in, we also text you about your quote and appointments, as described below.
Text messages
If you say yes to texts on our quote form, we may text you about your quote and service: quote links, appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders and replies to your questions. Team members who use our business tools may also get login verification codes. If you also tick the separate specials box, we may send occasional promotional texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other categories in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business on our behalf, such as website hosting, form delivery, our customer database, our messaging provider and our payment processor, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Keeping it, and keeping it safe
We keep customer records as long as we need them to serve you, keep business and tax records, and handle follow-up questions. We use password-protected accounts and established providers to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling or emailing us below. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, for tax purposes. You can stop text messages any time by replying STOP, and you can always get a quote without agreeing to texts.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
