SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to all text messages from Khean & Clean LLC.

What we text

Khean & Clean LLC sends text messages about your cleaning service: quote links, appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders and replies to your questions. Team members who use our business tools may also receive login verification codes. If you separately opt in to specials, we may also send occasional promotional texts, such as seasonal discounts.

How you opt in

You opt in on our quote request forms at kheanandclean.com by answering "Yes, text me" to "Can we text you about your quote?" and sending the form. Promotional texts have their own separate checkbox, "Also text me occasional specials & promotions." Neither is pre-selected, and agreeing to texts isn't required to get a quote or buy a service.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with your quote and appointments. Promotional texts, if you opt in, are occasional. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, reply START.

Other terms

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from that number or let us know, so we stop texting it.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
